Remember a couple of years ago when everyone was trying to sign Odell Beckham Jr?  Even the Bills were in on it.  Today, he just signed with one of the Bills biggest rivals.

It was a huge deal in the NFL a few years ago when teams were hosting Odell Beckham Jr.  He was holding out for awhile and rumors were flying.  Was he going to Dallas?  Would he be a good fit with Josh Allen in Buffalo?  He ended up in Baltimore last year but it was only a one year deal.

Today, he's signing another one of those deals, only this time it's with a Bills rival in the AFC East.

OBJ is expected to sign with the Miami Dolphins

The announcement was made today that OBJ will be signing with the Miami Dolphins on a one-year deal.

Beckham is famous for some incredible catches

Over the years, three-time pro-bowler Beckham has become known for some incredible (mostly one-handed) catches.  The most notable was his one-handed catch against the Dallas Cowboys where he made what seemed to be an impossible catch.  Scroll forward to 5:15 in this video to see that one.

The signing is actually only a one-year deal worth up to $8.25 million with incentives.  It shows that the Dolphins are all in for this year.  They just signed a 31 year old receiver and could end up in some pretty big cap trouble trying to pay all these players in the next couple of years once they give that big contract to Tua Tagovailoa.

The Bills sign one from the Dolphins roster

Earlier today, the Bills announced that they will be signing former Dolphins receiver Chase Claypool just before the Dolphins announced their move to grab OBJ.  That will mean that the Dolphins receiving corps will include Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle and Odell Beckham Junior while the Bills will be trotting out Dalton Kincaid, Curtis Samuel and Khalil Shakir as their starting receivers.  Will it be enough?
